ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW:

Alchemy London Market is currently embarking on a strategic transformation initiative that requires the expertise of a seasoned Strategy & Transformation Consultant.

You will play a pivotal role in driving execution and managing capabilities within a lean team environment, working alongside the Programme Manager to execute current and future plans.

ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES: 

  • Identify key strategic priorities and objectives aligned with the organization’s long-term vision and goals.
  • Formulate actionable strategies and transformation roadmaps to achieve identified objectives.
  • Provide guidance and expertise in change management processes to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adapt strategies as needed to drive desired outcomes.

EXPERIENCE & SKILL-SET:

  • Experience across the London Market.
  • Proven experience within Strategy, Change & Transformation projects.
  • Strong capability management skills.
  • Ability to hit the ground running, demonstrating drive, and a proactive approach to making things happen.
  • Deep understanding of strategic planning methodologies, including SWOT analysis.
  • Proven track record of success in strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organisational change initiatives.
