ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW:
Alchemy London Market currently requires an experienced Project Manager to assist on a testing project, a critical initiative aimed at ensuring the integrity and reliability of our clients software systems.
The objective of this project is to conduct thorough testing across all business operations and customer coordination processes. By implementing robust testing methodologies, we aim to identify any discrepancies, defects, or vulnerabilities within the software systems and address them promptly to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining testing methodologies, timelines, and resource allocations for both Customer Coordination Testing (CCT) and Business Operations Assurance Testing (BOAT Stream).
- Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage across all functionalities and environments.
- Monitor testing progress, identify any deviations from the planned schedule, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, managing stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
- Document any issues or defects discovered during testing and prioritize their resolution to ensure timely delivery of quality software.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges encountered during the testing process.
- Allocate resources based on project requirements and monitor resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review testing methodologies and provide guidance to testing teams to maintain high standards of quality throughout the project.
- Provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders, highlighting project status, key milestones achieved, and any issues encountered.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains to drive project success and deliver value to the organization.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL-SET:.
- Experience within the London Market, knowledge of (CCT) and (BOAT Stream).
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans, executing test cases, and identifying and resolving issues encountered during testing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and effectively communicate them to testing teams.
- Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the testing process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
