ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW:
Alchemy London Market is looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist on a project which is to modernise and optimise the process of insurance settlements within the London Insurance Market. By leveraging technology, refining existing procedures, and enhancing stakeholder collaboration, the project aims to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate the overall quality of service delivery.
ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:
- Lead the project delivery process from discovery to post-live adoption.
- Ensure the delivery of a quality product within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Manage RAID logs and ensure mitigation actions are implemented.
- Define requirements, design, and implement project modifications and developments.
- Assign work, provide direction, and address performance issues within guidelines.
- Streamline insurance settlements procedures to curtail processing times and operational expenses, maximizing resource efficiency.
- Implement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, minimizing errors, and ensuring timely and precise settlements to enhance stakeholder satisfaction across the board.
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulatory mandates and industry standards, while integrating advanced technologies.
- Establish standardised workflows and protocols to instill consistency and efficiency within settlements processing, concurrently identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard against fraud, errors, and data breaches.
- Foster collaboration and communication channels among stakeholders, facilitating a smooth transition.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL-SET:
- In-depth understanding of insurance settlements processing and the London Insurance Market ecosystem.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably experience within change and transformation.
