Lauren joined the company initially to implement and develop a Talent and Resourcing function. She now manages the Talent Operations Team; ensuring efficient delivery of our end-to-end resourcing capabilities through our projects, people and advisory services. Her detailed understanding of resourcing lifecycles, people operations and talent attraction strategies allows Lauren to work effectively as a key adviser in the delivery of innovative solutions to support all aspects of talent operations.
