Lauren joined the company initially to implement and develop a Talent and Resourcing function. She now manages the Talent Operations Team; ensuring efficient delivery of our end-to-end resourcing capabilities through our projects, people and advisory services. Her detailed understanding of resourcing lifecycles, people operations and talent attraction strategies allows Lauren to work effectively as a key adviser in the delivery of innovative solutions to support all aspects of talent operations. Working in conjunction with senior stakeholders and clients, Lauren has influenced and driven forward-thinking results, building a reputation of successfully sourcing exceptional teams and individuals; partnering with clients effectively to bring them the best experience while guiding her team to deliver a high-value specialist service.
