Sourcing a Business Change Team for an Insurer to Deliver a Testing Project


We worked with one of our clients, a leading insurer in the London Market, to enhance their capabilities by sourcing a high-calibre team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This transformation project required the compilation of a 5-person testing team skilled in User Acceptance Testing, Defect management and the Zephyr testing solution to complete testing for 70 customers in the market promptly and accurately to move forward with a pivotal London Market project.  

What was the challenge?

The client did not have the capability or niche experience within the remit to assemble a delivery team to meet the specific testing objectives they were set to achieve on their transformation project within the short timeframe. The required SMEs needed specific system skills and London Market experience.
